Bactericera Puton

Bearing in mind that I am not yet a psyllid taxonomist, and only a collector: this genus for me represents two main species, B. cockerelli (potato psyllid) and B. maculipennis (the species my colleagues and I call ‘bindweed psyllid’).  I think at least one or two of the other species I collect here and there are Bactericera, but I have yet to understand the diagnostic characters for the genus.
